Ron Elvidge has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and investments in Northern California since 1982 and has closed hundreds of commercial real estate transactions including industrial buildings, shopping centers, mobile home parks, land, and apartment buildings.
Ron is the Broker Owner of Income Property Services, and also owns and manages hundreds of multi-family units and thousands of square feet of commercial income properties in and around the San Francisco Bay area. Ron's specialty is using his expertise and experience to capitalize on "add value" situations where he can implement his management skills to increase profitability, and therefore value, of income properties.

Shawn Willis, Senior Investment Associate of IPS, began his career in 1990 at CB Richard Ellis (formerly Coldwell Banker Commercial) in Sacramento. He later joined Grubb & Ellis Commercial in Walnut Creek and was an awarded agent and/or among the top 10 agents every year from 1991-1993.
Shawn joined IPS in 1993 to focus on specializing in investment sales in the East Bay Area. He has developed an extensive database of investment properties and maintains contact with over 4,000 owners in his market area. Shawn's marketing skills, years of experience and "owner" perspective have helped him participate in closing over $360 Million in investment transactions since joining IPS Shawn’s client list includes many lenders, banks and institutions, but Shawn is most proud of his work with regional and local investors who have entrusted him to handle transactions with what is often their largest asset.
Shawn is a graduate of California State University at Sacramento, with a degree in Business Administration with special emphasis in Real Estate.
